This handmade live edge wooden bowl was turned from beautiful plum wood and crafted in our small PipejaWood workshop in Slovenia.
During the turning process the bowl revealed a natural crack, which we decided not to hide, but instead transform into a unique artistic detail using a decorative stitching technique. This approach highlights the natural character of the wood and turns a natural imperfection into a design feature.
Every bowl we make is unique, shaped directly on the lathe and carefully finished to enhance the grain and natural tones of the wood.
