Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Important note on handmade & custom items

All PipejaWood products are handmade and one-of-a-kind.

Because of their unique nature:

• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable
• Each product listing clearly states whether an item is unique or made-to-order

Damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours at

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different item, please return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, provided the item is returned in unused condition and original packaging, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
